Returns & Refund Policy – Serial Shield 3D™

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, the item is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in the same condition received
• Must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns will not be accepted for items that are:

• Used, damaged, or altered by the customer
• Missing parts not due to our error
• Returned after the 30-day window

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method in a timely manner.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
